It's nice to see you around @Christmasjunkie, how you doing? By any chance, are you using the automatic timezone? If so, I'd recommend doing the following:

- Disable this option "Set automatically"

- Log out of your app

- Restart your Charge HR

- Log back into the Fitbit app

- Select the "Sync Now" option

Let me know if this works, have a nice weekend! Smiley Very Happy

I had the same problem starting yesterday with the time being wayy off, and I don't mean just hours off . The minutes were wrong too. It was about 4 hours and 22 minutes ahead of the actual time.

I tried several things today on the computer that did not work inclucing using the toggle. I have it set to sync to my phone so I did an ISO 9.2.1 update to my phone and the time is correct now. Thank goodness. Kind of messed me up yesterday though because I had a speech to give and I was counting on using it to track my time. I figured it all out, but it was a pain for the day.

Maybe an update for the device you sync with is the solution. I can't do the Windows 10 update because a bunch of software products that I use for classes will not function anymore. Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback in regards to the Windows 10, we're working on it to get the issues fixed soon.
