Timezone does not update.

My Fitbit app doesn’t change time zone from London even when I choose to change it manually the same problem occurs for location and food database. I switched from my iPhone to my iPad and there is still the same problem.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know what you have tried so far in hopes to resolve this issue on your end. Please note that if after changing the timezone on the Fitbit app manually, the app nor your device update the time correctly, please try the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again and check. If this doesn't work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
