Today screen on iPad is half the size it normally is

2 days ago i went to fitbit on my ipad and the dashboard page was half the size it normally is, i logged out and in no change, deleted fit bit app reinstalled it no change, chatted with fit bit they suggested to do what i had already done, they had no idea, went to google found some people in 2018 that had the same problem, nobody had a fix including fit bit, anybody?

Is it possible you set the iPad Fitbit app to be on the iPhone size ? There should be a round button with two arrows on the bottom right of the iPad, if you touch it, what happen ?

it is there, but when i touch it it gets a small amount larger, but not to the original size
