20 hours!! However, you are @MamaBear1224 and it is winter hibernation time ... 😉

On a serious note, it sound like you may need to change your sleep sensitivity. You can change from Normal to Sensitive by opening your Fitbit app ... tapping Account ---> Advanced Settings ---> Sleep Sensitivity.

Here is a link to the Help Page sleep information. Help can always be found at the bottom of the page where you can search for general or device specific help. Happy stepping!

Hello @MamaBear1224, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! It's always nice to see you around too @SunsetRunner. Smiley Happy

@MamaBear1224, as @SunsetRunner mentioned, it's always a great idea to check your Sleep Sensitivity. However, as you mentioned yours is currently in Normal, please restart it by change it to Sensitive, then sync your tracker, change it back to Normal and sync your tracker once again. Additionally, please restart your tracker and monitor it for the next 24 to 48 hours to check if the issue gets resolved.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

@MarcoGFitbit it did not help it. Still says I'm sleeping when I'm not. Even after resetting and syncing like you told me too.... any other ideas? Thanks!

Hello @MamaBear1224, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.

It's seems very odd that your tracker is still detecting you're sleeping and counting steps at the same time, would it be possible for you to send me screenshots where the sleep log got recorded and the steps for the same period of time? That will be very helpful for me to investigate this further.

I'll be waiting for your reply, thanks for your patience and understanding. Smiley Happy

Thank you!!! Doing very well. I deleted some of the logs because I thought it was just screwy. But then it kept happening so I've kept it there. I sure will send you pictures. You'll be able to see the the AM and PM.... so you'll see when I should be sleeping and not. No, I'm not on any odd shift work... except motherhood, and you'll see that as well! It's pretty accurate except for the me sleeping all day long for hours at a time... thing! Lol
