Total calories for the day not adding correctly.

When logging food into the fitbit app (iOS), the calories aren’t adding up right. The calories in each category (ie breakfast, afternoon snack, etc) add up correctly, but the totals don’t add up right. For instance, I’ve consumed 1599 calories, but it’s only totaling up to 849. This is at least the 3rd day in the last week that it’s happening, what’s up with that?

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having taken the time to report this situation. At this moment I would like to ask you to reply to me with screenshots about the total calories for the day as well as the foods you log through the day. This will be very helpful for me to check this further and determine what we should do next.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hello - I am having this same issue this week. Is there any resolution?

I’m not sure if the problem has been resolved because it’s been happening intermittently to me (a day here, a day there). Today the calorie count was correct so we’ll see what it does tomorrow.
