About a week and a half ago the dashboard stopped working and when you click on it the data is not present. When you access other widgets about workouts/steps , the information is all there, but just not passing to the exercise tracker. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, tried unpairing and repairing my fitbit. It seems my account has all the appropriate data available, just the sub widgets within the fitbit app are not synching between themselves. Anyone else seen this happen and what else can I try to fix. iOS and fitbit app are up to date as on 2 minutes ago. Thanks for your assistance.

Yes, I have experienced this as well. I just received my 3rd replacement Fitbit from Fitbit themselves and I'm still having the issue. I believe the issue is with the app, but they do t know how to troubleshoot it.

I'm having the same issue. I reinstalled the app just now and still the dashboard won't update.
