“Track Live” on app not working

I use the “Track Live” function on the app and wear my phone when running as I like the voice cues for pace and distance. However, ever since I changed my account from Fitbit to Google it’s been logging my runs as walks. Now it’s also stopped using GPS so it doesn’t bring up the map or log my run on Strava. I have an iPhone 13 and a Charge 6. Any idea how to solve this?

@MunchieLondon   I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for this issue.  Fitbit is aware of both issues, but there is no time frame for a fix.  Sorry.

Thank you, Laurie. So frustrating that they’re aware of an issue but haven’t fixed it. Surely Google have some of the best tech brains in the world working for them!
