Tracked Run - Pace is showing question marks

Hello. 

I have got the Fitbit app v 2.39 on my Apple iPhone. I've noticed that in the latest update, where a tracked run was showing my 'Mile Splits' (my pace per mile), it is now shown as Duration Exercise Cues - but all the data is question marks. I am able to see the mile splits when i log into fitbit online.

Also, I run with my phone, so GPS is tracked and I start tracking the excerise via my Charge 2 fitbit.

Has any one else got this issue?
