All of a sudden my Fitbit won’t do all Day sync or notifications. It says I need to pair Fitbit device with iPhone but I did that when I setup Fitbit initially. Also Fitbit is not recognizing all my exercise.

Hello @Sjacobs, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted it yet? If your tracker is not receiving Notifications and it's not possible to enable All-day Sync it's possible that the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your tracker has been removed. To check this, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices.
If your tracker is showing up but you have a Charge 2, please make sure your tracker is not currently in the Do Not Disturb mode by pressing down the button on the side for 2 seconds, a vibration and a message will let you know if Do Not Disturb has been turned on or off.
Additionally, what we can do is restart the Bluetooth link by following these steps:
Now, in regards of your tracker not recognizing automatically your activities, please restart your tracker, this usually solves this issue.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
