Tracking time changes to minimum 15 minutes!!!???

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I used to have minimum 10 minutes set as the lowest possible option (wish it was 5 minutes) on my inspire 3. Now it just changed all my settings to minimum of 15 minutes with no lower option available. I’m requesting that iOS support please fix this so we can track minimum 5 or 10 like it was before.

also, separate problem but my time being tracked is doubled. For example, I walk 17 minutes and it says 34. I have no other apps or devices tracking. This started in the last two weeks.

@Buttercookie   I moved you post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for you main issue.  The best way to give feedback is in the Fitbit app.  Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.

I'm sorry, but I can't help you with your other issue.  Can you share more details?

The auto tracking needs to be changed back to minimum 10 minutes otherwise it doesn’t track ten minute walks I do frequently. I saw someone else had five minute walks minimum but that was never available on my inspire 3? But 15 min is ridiculous and I’ve been with Fitbit over a decade and this may be the end of our relationship. It’s gone downhill in the last two years. Also my tracker is doubling activity time. Started two weeks ago. I take a fifteen minute walk and it logs 30 minutes. Something is wrong.

Thank you. I thought I was posting in iOS forum but can’t tell I guess from this crappy Fitbit site. I’m so over it and so annoyed. Ready to drive over this with my car and be done. Looking at rings as a possible replacement. Fitbit has just never been the same and been going downhill. Also, I spent over an hr trying to figure out where to send feedback and had zero success

The auto tracking was changed to a minimum of fifteen minutes which is horrible. It should be five minutes but I always had ten minutes. Tris means it won’t track activity unless fifteen min minimum which is complete crap and I will ditch Fitbit over this if they don’t fix it. I take ten minute walks frequently and it won’t track.

I feel the same way, I also want to change it back to 10 minutes which i had in earlier versions of this app but can’t because “they” apparently changed the Fitbit app in later versions. I don’t understand why they decided to make this change. I guess maybe just to change it?

Well I’m looking for a smart ring now and waiting for black Friday sales. This may be the end of my Fitbit decade. 😟
