Hello @Rachie24 and @Stuartsurf, and welcome!, it's always nice to see new faces around. Smiley Happy

Having tried the guide @Kmransom123 kindly provided, I would like to suggest some steps that might help you as well:

  • Restart your tracker and leave it plugged in and charging. A fitbit tracker needs at least 40% of battery to set up successfully for the first time.
  • Restart you phone
  • Try to set up your tracker following the link to the holiday setup guide provided by @Kmransom123

I hope this can be helpful, keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Thanks for your reply @MarcoGFitbit, I've finally had success in setting up my Fitbit and syncing it to my iPhone 6S. I had to factory reset the Fitbit by pressing the button on the USB charger while it was plugged in (3 pushes in 8 seconds, and when the Fitbit logo appears unplug the charger)

i then got a code code to sync the Fitbit but then had to do a software update. This froze so I did a 2nd factory reset and after that the update downloaded, everything synced perfectly and I'm now using my Fitbit.

@Stuartsurf try this and see if it works for you.
