@Keilie74 thanks for joining us! It's lovely to have you around. That sounds weird. I recommend logging out and then logging back in to the Fitbit app. Also, try force quitting the app and then restart your mobile device. I'm curious if this is only happening in the app. Have you check your Activities Log from your Web Dashboard? Let me know if your activities are there. Hope this helps, keep me posted!

Thanks for the update @Keilie74! So if I'm not mistaken after the update of the app your tracker started syncing again? Do confirm that for me. 🙂 I'll be looking forward to your new comments!

I too, am having issues with syncing...when I use the "track" option for my walks, it doesn't always sync the correct number of steps, active minutes, or distance. When I "log" a walk instead, it double dips the steps I have gotten.
I have (multiple times):
Everything is the same on my app and my dashboard.
I did change the music I am walking to so I know my pace has increased tremendously while my stride lenght decreased. I am going to monitor it the next few days on my tredmill and see.

@Angela309 Thanks for joining us! In this case, please keep an eye to your tracker's behavior and do let me know how it goes! Also, when on the treadmill please don't hold your hands on to the sensors. Keep me posted with the outcome!
