Treadmill exercise didn't sync to my phone.

Why hasn’t my run on the treadmill been synced into my data record on my phone please? RhOH

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, which tracker are you currently using? Has this issue happened to you before? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? How long was your treadmill run? Additionally, while you reply to me with the answers to these questions I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. If you have a Charge 2, Blaze, Ionic or Surge you can navigate through the tracker's options, either by pressing the button on the side (Charge 2) or swiping through the screens until you find the Exercise function. In here, select Treadmill before starting a new Treadmill run, so it can be automatically recorded by the tracker.
  3. Log manually your exercise. please follow these steps to log manually log your previous Treadmill Run.
