Trophies and personal best are not updating

I’m frustrated because my trophies and info personal bests on Goal day or workweek hustle are not updating , some for years -2017, 2018 even though I’ve beaten the posted best many times since then . I’ve contacted customer service, nothing yet. Today I got a Great Wall Badge ! I’d rather have my personal best trophies update . Logging off , uninstalling and reinstalling don’t rectify it, any ideas ?

This is not really an answer to my issue . No one seems to have a real answer . Just speak around the issue but don’t address it directly . It seems to be a known issue. Will my trophies ever update ?  Last week I got a badge for Great Wall of China so some things are updating . Why not the trophies? 

if no one is ever going to fix it isn’t it better to tell me ? Other people I’m in challenges with get their trophies 🏆

This is the same problem I am experiencing and it’s discouraging. I earned a DAILY SHOWDOWN TROPHY as well as a GOAL STEAK WORKWEEK HUSTLE TROPHY and none of them are updated or being awarded. Please fix this problem

I also have this issue and am super frustrated. Nothing I've done helps no matter how many times I log in or out. I've tried everything. This seems to have been going on for years and they haven't done anything to fix it. I also wrote to the support team and they couldn't fix it. For my next smartwatch, I'll definitely be going with a different brand. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Me 3, 4, 5, and 6 feel ripped off.

A yr ago still new to fitbit Tripped my goal in one day got badges - No Trophy

 

Also bear my personal best, got badges  No Trophy 

 

To this day I am yet to get just 1 Trophy yet have tones of badges

Same issue here. It seems that it is a common bug unfortunately 😞

This occurs on all apps the iOS app the Android app and the Windows 10 app when it doesn't update it's inside the Fitbit data not the apps

I am unselecting the moderator's post as the Best Answer.  This issue is clearly not solved.  @Confounded is correct.  This is not limited to the iOS app.  The error is on my web dashboard, too.  This is a Fitbit data problem.
