Hi @mixofsix,
If you had call notifications set up on your original Charge, I'd first recommend going into your iOS settings and forget the Bluetooth bond between your iOS device and Charge.
Next, I would recommend restarting the Charge you want to setup, reboot your iOS device, turn off your Bluetooth for 10 seconds in your iOS settings, and then turn it back on.
Finally, I'd recommend using the "Replacing a Tracker or Adding Another Tracker to an Existing Account" instructions listed here to replace your old Charge with the new one.
