App not showing certain tiles on different devices.

My Fitbit One will give accurate step counts and flights of stairs on my iPhone, but won't let me record water intake and won't show active minutes.  On my iPad, the steps are not accurate but I can record my water intake.  It won't show active minutes. My One is only 3 weeks old and this problem started yesterday.  Very frustrating.

Hello @Juliebasketcase, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation, are you able to see the water and active minutes tiles on the Fitbit app in your iPhone and iPad? If so, it's possible the information is not showing correctly in the app, however this information gets recorded in your account. To check this go to your online Dashboard and check if the information is correct. If it is, try the following in the app:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Now, if you're not able to see the tiles, scroll down and tap on the Edit button, this will make all tiles available and the ones currently invisible will show a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on them to make them visible.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
