Hiya. Set up my Fitbit on my new iPhone and must have set up all day sync and it’s killing my battery in about a day and a half. I tried contacting live help but they gave me a million things to try that I’d already done and said you can’t undo all day sync on android even after me telling them I wasn’t android 🤦:female_sign:. Can someone pleeeease tell me how to turn the all day sync off? Thanks

@Msfoxymax Is it killing your phone battery or your watch battery? Either way, that shouldn't be happening.
There is no way to turn off all day syncing, that option was removed awhile ago. You can try to force close the Fitbit app and see if that helps. The other option is turning off bluetooth when you don't want your Fitbit to sync to your phone.
