Two Factor Authentication not working! -- not just for me

I am trying to set up the two factor authentication. However, once I enter the 6 digit verification code, Fitbit won’t allow me to click on the confirm button. It is grayed out. The only time it will allow me to click on the confirm button is if I put in. 4 digit code. All verification codes are 6 digits, so how can I get this to work?

I contacted customer service, and they told me to reinstall app which didn’t work and then to remove my Fitbit account and reconnect which didn’t work either. The customer service also can’t seem to understand the problem. Can anyone help? This is important because I have my credit card payment and other information that I need secured.

I was having the same problem, updated my app and was able to set up 2FA. It’s now a 4 digit code rather than the 6 digit code. Hope this helps!
