Hi, Last year I bought a Flex 2 to ear swimming. I was under the impression that I could use 2 Fitbits on the same account. My preferred Fitbit is the Alta. However, when I tried switching them, all of my steps on my daily count would disappear and it would only count the steps on the Fitbit I was currently wearing. At the time, I went to Fitibt support and was told that I needed two accounts if I wanted to track with 2 Fitbits. This didn't seem like a great idea because it made it harder to track calories burned, etc, and I needed up just wearing my Flex 2 since it was swim proof, and taking the Alta off my account. For a year, I have had my lovely Alta just sitting on a shelf, uncharged. Now I am seeing a notice on the Fitbit sales page that if you can't decide get a second. My question is, has this bug been worked out? Is it a new APP or an upgrade to the App I have had for years? I would love to get my Alta back in action.
