Fitbit Update 7/5/2016

It was recently brought to our attention that some users are unable to connect their Fitbit and Facebook accounts on the iOS App. When trying to connect their two accounts, they'll receive the error message below. This is a known issue that our team is working to resolve.

Looking for friends to add on Facebook through the iOS app has worked in the past, but I've tried to do so several times over the last few days and been met with an error. Seems to be a persistent issue.

It throws error id: 6CA2F64D:E5A6_A92D92DB:01BB_5772FEF6_59B25DD4:7999

"Oops! An unexpected error occurred! Please try again later."

Error iD: adf5325e:c133_a92d916c:01bb_57764ed4_77e6eea3:2ef8

I have already force closes the app and restarted my phone.its been going on since I activated my Fitbit.

I'm getting the same error. Ended up adding friends via the web dashboard instead, but it's a massive pain not being able to do from the iOS app

@JennyEH @JKay85 @sirptom This is a known issue that our team is currently working to resolve. I'll keep you posted with updates.

Just as @JKay85 suggested, I would recommend adding friends via the web dashboard while this issue is being worked out. Apologies for any potential inconvenience.

I have been trying to add Facebook on my account and it won't let me. It gives me an error. I unlinked it and tried again but the same error shows up. Why would I still be blocked from adding it if it was unlinked in settings ?

Thanks for merging me. Glad to be here. Loving my charge HR. Long time user of the zipbit thought it was time for an upgrade!
