the fitbit app is not working on my iphone 8 i don’t know if it’s because my phone is too old but the login for the app just says try again later. i know my account works because it works on my ipad

Hi @coldpalmer this article - click to go there - tells the requirements for your phone or tablet. You'll need a minimum of iOS 15.

@coldpalmer Because your phone meets the requirements, the Fitbit app should work correctly. Because that's not your case, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as a last resort and reboot your phone afterward. Then, open the Fitbit app and enter your credentials to log in to your account.

i have tried everything you said but thanks for replying, i think it’s just because my phone is starting to get older and slower
