Unable to access to the Fitbit app

I want to download fit bit app again because I shut down my Fitbit Versa 2, but app says my email already has an account

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let me help you to access to the Fitbit app. Just to confirm, do you recall to have created a Fitbit account before? If that's correct, you'll need to select the Log In option in the Fitbit app to access your existing account. In case you don't remember your password, you can reset it by following the steps described in this help article.

 

By the way, I’ve moved your post to this new thread so we can keep the forums organized and you can receive a answer to your inquiry.
