I've read through previous discussions on this and have been unable to find a solution.
I cannot add a friend using either the app or the website. Sending a friend request never gets to their email or in their app.
From what I can tell, the entire friend functionality is broken. Looking at the web network requests after sending the web form, all sorts of Javascript errors occur. Specifically, "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toString')".
Am I missing something? How can such a significant feature be broken?
We cannot both use our "smart" scale because she has to be a family member, which cannot occur unless we are friends, which cannot occur because the feature simply does not work.
