I have downloaded the app. I can enter weight and sex, but it will not allow me to enter height, therefore I can’t continue and sync. Help.

Welcome @dianekhorner. It's nice to see a new member around.

While this is odd, may I know if you're creating a new account? Or does this happen when editing your personal info?

I understand you just downloaded the app, but please give a try to the following:

  1. On your phone, log out from your Fitbit account.
  2. Check if there is a pending update for the app.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Try creating your account or editing your details one more time.
