Today I downloaded the fitbit app! Unfortunately, everything is in Chinese ... I could adjust everything, so the location is correct, but still everything is in Chinese!?! I would like it all in Dutch, because I can not read Chinese at all ...!Heeeeeeeellllllppppp!! 😉

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know you have already set the correct country in the Fitbit app. Please note that the Fitbit app will be in the same language set on your phone. However, it's possible your Fitbit profile has been set up incorrectly, which is why I would like to suggest you the following:

- Go to www.fitbit.com/login and log in with your email and password.

- Scroll all the way down and check if your country is set to the correct one.

- If not, click on the word between parenthesis -()- to change it.

- Select your preferred country and sync your tracker.

- Force-quit the Fitbit app.

- Open it again and check that the language has been changed.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have tried the troubleshooting steps I've described above. At this moment I would like to ask you to go to your phone Settings > General > Region & Language and check the following

  • iPhone Language > Set to your preferred language
  • Preferred Language Order > Your preferred language as the first option and if Chinese is showing, please remove it.
  • Region > Change it to your country.

Then restart your phone and open the Fitbit app.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
