Unable to check my exercise stats.

I’m trying to see my activity log (break down of pace, distance, map etc). The app only shows me day 2 if my 100k event but day 1 doesn’t have the breakdown.

 

i’ve tried accessing on the web but the page is coming up blank when I select ‘view details’. Any idea what’s going on?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, is this the first time you've experienced this situation? Have you restarted your phone yet? Have you updated the Fitbit app to the latest version? If so, I would like to ask you for some screenshots of what you're able to see when you try to check the details of your exercise. This will be very helpful for me to check this further.
