Unable to connect fitbit alta hr to my cell iphone x

Kindly i’m not receiving any notification

Hi @richardj83. Sorry you are having problems but I’m happy you found us here in the forums. First thing to do is check to make sure your Alta HR is set up correctly. Try this: 

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the little box at the top, right of the screen to open your account settings.
  3. Tap Alta HR.
  4. Tap Notifications. Make sure Calls, Text Messages and Calendar Events are all green.
  5. Tap your wat back to the main screen then sync your Alta HR a couple times

That should do it. Please let us know how it works out.
