I have tried to download the but it fails t install. I have checked my ios is up to date (it is for my phone) it is 10.3.3 - but the application won't download, which contradicts the specs Fitbit post. Any ideas?

What device are you trying to download to?

What happens, exactly?  Do you get any messages?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@DeckyAtwood, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you downloading the app on an iPhone or iPad? Which model of phone or iPad are you using? Are you receiving an error message when trying to download the app? If so, please reply to us with a screenshot of what you're able to see so we can check this further.
