I have tried to download the but it fails t install. I have checked my ios is up to date (it is for my phone) it is 10.3.3 - but the application won't download, which contradicts the specs Fitbit post. Any ideas?

Which model of phone or iPad are you using? Are you receiving an error message when trying to download the app? If so, please reply to us with a screenshot of what you're able to see so we can check this further.
