I am trying to turn on the “bedtime reminder” option but it keeps saying that the notifications are currently turned off and takes me to the Apple settings to turn it on. It’s been on, since I get all my other notifications.

@adgeypoo, thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to ask you to got your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make your Settings are the same as shown below:

If they are, please disable "Allow Notifications", then restart your phone, go back to this screen and enable it again to reset them. Then, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Sleep and enable Bedtime Reminders:

I don't know about apple but in android I then turn notifications off. Then back on, this forces the app to request permission from the OS.

I'm moving your IOS question to the IOS board.

Hello,

my bedtime reminder doesn’t work. I had Flex 2 since it’s been released and it worked ok. I turned bedtime reminder off as I worked different shifts every day, 2 weeks ago I tried  to turn it back on but nothing, a less than week ago I got Inspire HR and it still doesn’t work. Everything is set up and I’m getting all other notifications with no problem.
Thank you for help
