Unable to get Notifications on Charge 3.

Trying to sync notifications. Screen says not paired, tried to pair, no success.

device is syncing with everything else.

any ideas?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then go to the Fitbit app and try to enable Notifications by going to Account > Charge 3 > Notifications. 

 

When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

HI,

 

I have been experiencing the same issue, i have removed and set up my devise again. Even tried the Bluetooth pairing whit no luck.  Any other ideas?
