I have only been receiving simplified sleep details since January 1st, 2019; I haven't been able to see my sleep details since the 31st. It is hard for me to believe that my heart rate isn't consistent since the 1st; I don't use the begin sleep now function; and I am definitely getting more than 3 hours of sleep. Anyone have any tips on what to do?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that the Fitbit app currently has in-app error notifications that provide an explanation for why you aren't receiving Sleep Stages on any given night. This is meant to provide insight into what might be occurring to cause this.The error messages are the following:
When you tap on Learn more, you will be able to get more information about why your tracker didn't record sleep stages. Additionally, I'd like to suggest the following:
