I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, which Fitbit device are you currently using? Are you having trouble only with text Notifications or are other kind of Notifications not reaching your device?
Now, if you're only having trouble with text Notifications, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:
Then, force-quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
