Hey

I’ve read a lot of questions/ answers on versa’s not receiving text notifications and I’ve tried all the suggestions. I can receive what’s app, Facebook and phone call notifications but texts. Is there anything else I can try? I’m really disappointed...

Hello @AHumphries thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Thanks for letting us know you've already tried to troubleshoot this situation. At this moment, as you're able to receive call and app Notifications, I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure your screen looks like this:

Make sure that under Sounds you have selected any other than "none".
