I am getting phone call notifications on my Fitbit but not messages and I don’t know how to fix it can someone help

Hello @Emma. thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. If you're receiving call and app Notifications but not text Notifications, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure your screen looks like this:

Make sure that under Sounds, you have selected any sound other than None. Then restart your phone and your Fitbit device. 

 

Give this a try and let us know the outcome.
