Unable to hear calls after setting up Blaze.

After setting up my Fitbit blaze on my iPhone X when I answer or make a call I can not hear the other person on my phone. I have to talk with my speaker on in order to hear them.

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention, please note that neither the Blaze or the Fitbit app have the capacity to modify your call settings and they don't influence on calls. Is it possible the volume on your phone got lowered? Next time you receive a call press the volume up button to check this.
