Unable to log in the app.

I've looked at all the results for this issue. 

My app is not allowing me to log on. It has told me that there's a timeout error sometimes, sometimes it tells me that my password and/or email isn't correct -- when it is correct. 

I've reinstalled the app, I've rebooted the phone, I've made sure the app was the newest version, made sure that my date and time were set automatically, I've tried with bluetooth off and on, I've tried with wifi off and on, I've changed my iPhone name to remove all special characters.

The thing is, just about every single one of these "fixes" ended up working. One time. After finally getting to log in, I would open the app 30 minutes later and it had force logged me out "for my security".

Now, the previous fix no longer worked and I had to go back to the drawing board and find the next fix. Which would work, one time, and never again and I'd be back at the login screen in 30minutes flat. 

I'm currently out of "fixes" and am locked out of my friggin $200 watch.

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this to us. Tell me, are you currently logged in to your account? If so, please go to your phone Settings > Fitbit and make sure "Background App Refresh" is enabled. If it is, disable it, restart your phone and enable it back. After that, if you get logged out again, please reply to me with a screenshot of the error message appearing when you try to log in again, this will be very helpful for me to check this situation further.
