Unable to log in to the app. / email already in use.

Having real problems with my surge and iPhone plus pairing with my iPad I have deleted app installed app on both phone and iPad now I can't get past the email address it says that email address is already used !!! What can I do to sort out this mess I've found myself in....

If you're getting a message that the email you're entering has already been used, please restart your password and then log in with that same email and the new password you just have changed. If you're getting a new error message or a different one, please take a screenshot of it and reply to me with it, that will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Hi there,
I am delighted to say that I have managed to get my iPad and iPhone to talk to each other, it took me a whole day nearly to sort it out but I did it..
Both iPad and iPhone syncing nicely.
Took your advice and it worked, now I'm back on track and it's wonderful.

Unable to log into my Fitbit app, just a blank page.I am constantly having problems with it not tracking

My daughter has just purchased a Fitbit 3 is trying to following me as a friend so she is also frustrated 

Please can you remedy ASAP
