I am not able to log in on my fitbit app on my new iphone. I reset the password several times today, and it would not work let me in. Kept saying username and password "Please check that your username and password are correct"
I can log in on my desktop using FaceBook but I dont have that choice in the Fitbit App. I am getting very frustrated by this, I even searched the archives to see if I could find a solutiuon. I did the date/time to automatic. I rebooted the phone. I deleted and redownloaded the Fitbit app. NONE work.
Ideas please.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @mama_runner01! I'd try logging on your desktop one more time and go to your profile settings. Once you get there, you will see the email address you're currently using with your account. Next to it, you will see the options to "Change Email and Change Password", click on "Change Password" and set one for your Fitbit account. The current password would be the one you use in your Facebook account. After making these changes you only have to open the Fitbit app in your iOS device, enter the email address you saw on the Online Dashboard and the password you set. Now you should be able to log in as usual in the Fitbit app.
Below I shared an image of what you should see while looking into your profile settings.

So I'm having the same issue and was hoping this reply would help, but apparently the website has changed so I can't find where to set the password for the app.

I appreciate you have let me know about this issue that's preventing you from logging in to your account on your phone. Tell me, are you receiving an error message when trying to log in? Would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of it? That will be very helpful for me to check this further and determine what should we do next. In the meantime, if you need to reset your password, please follow these steps.
