I can't log onto the Fitbit app on my iPhone 4 but I can log
on via the website on the same device. Also - my phone cant see the One device via Bluetooth. Please help.

@Keithlarks Do you have an iPhone 4 or 4s? An iPhone 4 does not support the app.

@Keithlarks, as @LZeeW mentioned, the iPhone 4 is not supported by the Fitbit app, only the iPhone 4S. If you have a 4S and you have been able to log in in the past, please go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, restart your phone and try to log back in.
Now, the reason your phone might not display your Fitbit One on the Bluetooth devices, is because the trackers get linked directly through the Fitbit app and not on the Bluetooth settings of your phone, only tracker that are able to receive notifications from a phone need an additional pair and will show on this list.
