Hi,
could anybody help with this....
I've tried to login in on my iPhone but when I enter my login details it searches and doesn't do anything. Then I tried to go for the forgot login option but an error message appears as below. Please could someone advise? Thank you in advance

Hello @Dun17chris, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board!
At this moment, in order to log in to your account in the Fitbit app, please go to your phone Settings, then to General > Date & Time and make sure the option Set Automatically is enabled. This is the reason you're receiving this error message. In case it's already enabled, disable it, restart your phone and enable it back. Additionally, if you're still not able to log in, please try to restart your password through our Password recovery site and then verify that you're able to log in through your online Dashboard.
