Unable to log in to the app

I cannot log into the ap. I have tried to redownload it and restarted my phone and it won’t log in at all

Are you getting an error message when trying to log in to the app? If so, please take a screenshot of it and reply to me with the picture so I can check this issue and provide further instructions.
