my iPhone 8plus wants me to login again! this happens frequently and is very annoying. but this time it will not take my email address or my password. I tried to change my password but then it rejects my email address. I tried turning the phone off and back on but that does not resolve it either. Any ideas are appreciated!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I appreciate you have let me know the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far. At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your password once again, then try to log in to the Online Dashboard. If you're able to log in here, please try to log in to the app again. In case you're not able to, uninstall the app and reinstall it, then try again.
