Unable to log in to the app.

Hi, my Fitbit iOS app logged me out unexpectedly and I cannot log in again, getting a message "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again. An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made". I tried again, several times, no luck. I am able to see my profile online, my login works just fine, but the app is definitely misbehaving. Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment I would like to ask you to turn off WiFi on your phone and try to log in again. If you're still getting the same message, please reply to me with the following:

 

  1. Which iPhone model you're using?
  2. OS version currently running on your phone.
  3. When did you update the app for the last time?
  4. A screenshot of the error message.
