I appreciate you have brought this situation to my attention; tell me, are you trying to log in to the Fitbit app using your Facebook credentials? If that's the case and you're getting an error message, please reply to me with a screenshot of the error you're getting. In the meantime, I would like to ask you to restart your password using the email address linked to your Facebook account and then try to log in again.

If you're trying to log in with your Facebook credentials and you're getting an error message, please reply to me with a screenshot of the message you're getting. This will be very helpful for me to determine what we should do next.

Hello @TomSyn, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for replying and clarifying this situation to me.
Please note that if you would like to log in with your Facebook credentials, you have 2 options. Create a new account using your Facebook one by tapping on the "Log in with Facebook" button or you can change the email address of your current account to the one linked to your Facebook account by going to your Personal Settings on the online Dashboard.
Please keep in mind that if you choose to change the email address associated to your account, you will receive an email to verify the new email address. In case you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
