I have contacted support and have already tried any of their suggestions.
I have tried,

tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app turned phone off and on again

Hi @Djmount. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for sharing that you're also unable to access your Fitbit account. Since your post didn't mention, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and try logging back in to your account.

Additionally, if you're using WiFi connection during this process, try using mobile data to see if that makes a difference. In case you continue having this issue, reply back with your phone's model, OS version and a screenshot of the error message displayed. For instructions to attach it in your reply, check this post.

Keep me posted.
