I'm trying to force a sync between my Charge 5 and the Fitbit App on my iphone. I have Version 3.85 of the Fitbit App installed on an iphone 12 running iOS 16.5.1.
On starting the app I get prompted to sign-in, so I use my Fitbit account credentials (which work and enable me to log into my account on the web, but the app just appears to get 'stuck' during the login process, all I get is a white screen with the animated fitbit logo.
Any suggestions?

Did you get this fixed @dinghydave? A couple things to try would be restarting your phone, and removing the app and then downloading it again from the App Store. Also I see that my version of app is newer (3.86) so you will want to update if you can.
