After downloading the new 10.3.2 iOS firmware, my Blaze tracker stopped syncing. After trying to troubleshoot the problem, by removing the Blaze from devices that Bluetooth was able to pair, it is now permanently undiscoverable. The mobile phone is in a continual state of searching. I know this problem is related to the Apple iOS 10.3.2 update because I have the app installed on another phone with the previous version and there is no problem. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Thank you!

Hi Tirza! We need to refresh your tracker's hardware by restarting it for three consecutive times using this help article http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 then try to connect your Blaze to your iOS device.
If the issue remains, if you have other devices such as desktop or laptop, use it for the meantime so you can still monitor your fitness stats.
I have heard that after iOS released the update, this issue will be fixed.
Hope this helps! 🙂
