I am not seeing any friend request in the app. The whole section disappeared. I keep getting email notifications but nothing in the app. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Chris.  I know how to do a screenshot but couldn’t add it to the conversation. But now I can. Ugh 😑. See below.

Yes. My watch has been fine with the app. I have even reset my watch too thinking that may help.  But nothing. ☹️ 228DE7E1-7277-456B-B1C3-F4E93B763268.png

Hello @JMFelipe16, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for bringing this situation to our attention. Tell me, since when have you experienced this issue? Have you tried to force-quit the app and open it again to check if friend requests arrive? If so, I would like to ask you for a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app and the missing section, this will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I have this same problem. The entire friend request section disappeared on the app. No notifications on app either, just through the email. I can only go through notifications online and find friend requests to view, but I miss the list that I could quickly scroll through and accept or ignore. I've noticed this for at least a week now.

How is this solved? There is no solution to the friend request on this post.

Yeah there really wasn’t a solution other than it’s working now for me. I wish I had more for you ☹️    Keep pushing for one for you. There has to be a problem that they haven’t identified yet.

Hi everyone. I can assure you that Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on it. In the meantime, there is a work around. Go to the online Dashboard and click on the Notifications icon.

When you click on the Notifications icon, you should be able to see your friend requests.

A side thought — if you cannot see friend requests in the app, please make sure that your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS ... and that your app is also updated.
