Are you able to get call or calendar notifications in your Charge 2? Since when are you experiencing this issue? Sometimes, it's possible that the "Do Not Disturb" mode has been activated by mistake which results in the tracker not receiving Notifications despite having all settings correct in the phone and app.
To check if "Do Not Disturb" is enabled, please press the button on your tracker for 2 seconds while on the clock face. A message and a vibration will let you know if this mode has been turned on or off.
