There used to be a button at the bottom of the screen to add, remove, and rearrange tiles. Now they can be added via Discover but can’t be removed.

@pollysaid   There is a blue Edit button in the upper right next to TODAY.  Tap on this to get to the screen to remove and rearrange your tiles.  Yes, added by tapping on Discover, removed by tapping on Edit.
